GHEI’s Summer Serve and Learn (SSL) Program offers participants the chance to be immersed in a rural Ghanaian community and work alongside local staff members in support of our year-round health and education programs.

Community Health Evaluation
Be a part of a thorough and in depth evaluation of community health concentrating on achieving better understanding of current and emerging health needs of our communities.
Girls Empowerment Camp
Conduct an exhaustive empowerment camp and design engaging curriculum for essential themes such as sexual and reproductive health, money management, leadership etc.
Early Childhood Stimulation
Help augment GHEI's early childhood stimulation initiative through a robust new playgroup based curriculum promoting reading, singing, playing and other appropriate methods that can be offered to parents annually during future summers.
