GHEI MANAGEMENT

Local Management - In Ghana, Clement Donkor, GHEI's Program Manager, leads the team by overseeing all project work and supervising staff, interns and volunteers. He also supervises the staff in maintaining records and finances.

Foreign management - The foreign management team is located in the US and Europe. This team coordinates with the Ghanaian team, maintains finances and fundraises, recruits interns and volunteers, pursues collaborations with other organizations and offers general support to the Ghanaian team.

Program Coordinators - Coordinators have focused on health, education or general project management in the past.
