Leadership

Ghana Leadership / Clement Donkor (pictured at right) directs GHEI's operations in Ghana, overseeing a staff of 19 people. With the exception of two Western coordinators and one Ghanaian National Service staff member, all are Ghanaians from the local community.

The Western team serves a support role for the team in Ghana. It is in charge of recruiting volunteers, consultants and Western coordinators, fundraising, publicity, increasing access to health and education resources and partnering on research if needed.
